Wine, wine, wine...April 14th
Join us for another fabulous evening with Patty GreenJanuary's Wine Dinner with pinot noir guru Patty Green was so much fun we decided to do it again. What a perfect way to welcome Spring. Sample some of Patty's 22 pinot noirs along with a sampling of Bamboo-Scottsdale's latest Pacific Rim fare. More details to follow. I do know that there is a new vintage of Nefarious to complement the Notorious. With only 150 cases produced Nefarious promises to be wicked sinful.......velvety with a touch of spice, hints of flowers and seductively ripe fruit. It is everything a decadent pinot noir should be. Pair it with Bamboo Scottsdale's sultry Pacific Rim dishes and enjoy the adventure.
